Class Descriptions:

Cardio Kick Boxing – is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kick boxing.

Functional Fit - This unique full body program focuses on developing strength & functional movement skills. Utilizing TRX, kettlebells, rowers, medicine balls, strength ropes, bosu, and much more, the energy is high and so is the challenge. Our ever changing circuit is set to the test with a clock, good music and all that you’ve got to give.

Team Spin® – A classic and dynamic cardio workout. Classes are technique based and focus on form and cadence. Hit the hills, power the sprints and learn first hand the definition of endurance. This ride is not only fun and challenging, it incinerates calories and conditions the heart.

Alignment Vinyasa – Each yoga style has its own take on alignment. Learn the precise way in which the body should be positioned in each yoga pose in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the pose and avoid injury.

90 Min Open Spin Ride – This indoor cycling training session provides you with a low-impact, heart pounding workout while maintaining the ability to go at your own pace. This motivating cycling class will drive you to give a great ride and get you on your way to a leaner, stronger body.

TRX® & KB Mix - This is where we can see the real benefit of integrating TRX Suspension Training with kettlebells. We can use specific exercises to teach important principles in regards to proper lifting technique and integrating the body more efficiently, to create a workout that increases efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and improves our overall well being.

Kettle-bell - Kettle-bell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once in a way that mimics real body movements in daily activities.

Low Impact Functional Fit - this program consists of high intensity moves to help you shape, sweat and sculpt your body without any wear and tear on your joints.... Low impact exercise is a great way to be kind to your body and lessen that impact!

ZUMBA® - is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
