Class Descriptions:

Boxing – Step into our heavy bag boxing studio and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to fight for your fitness. Jab, hook and upper cut your waistline away. Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie burning workout combining boxing, strength training and core. Round for Round, pound for pound, take the challenge. Requires gloves.

Functional Fit - This unique full body program focuses on developing strength & functional movement skills. Utilizing TRX, kettlebells, rowers, medicine balls, strength ropes, bosu, and much more, the energy is high and so is the challenge. Our ever changing circuit is set to the test with a clock, good music and all that you’ve got to give.

TeamSpin – A classic and dynamic cardio workout. Classes are technique based and focus on form and cadence. Hit the hills, power the sprints and learn first hand the definition of endurance. This ride is not only fun and challenging, it incinerates calories and conditions the heart.

Alignment Vinyasa – Each yoga style has its own take on alignment. Learn the precise way in which the body should be positioned in each yoga pose in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the pose and avoid injury.

Bootie Camp Yoga – A yoga based fitness program designed to accommodate all levels of students. The class is designed to sculpt the butt and core through traditional elements of Vinyasa Yoga, combined with balance, mat Pilates and resistance training.

Zumba® - A Latin inspired dance/fitness program. The word Zumba® is derived from a Columbian word meaning to move fast and have fun Combining steps like Salsa, Cha-cha, Merengue a high energy fusion of Latin and International music, Zumba® is a unique and effective program that everyone can do.

Kettle-bell - Kettle-bell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once in a way that mimics real body movements in daily activities.
